Abatement and Demolition
This work will include removal and disposal of all hazardous materials required for compliance to all
codes or statutes prior to commencement of demolition of the structure. Materials thought to be
included in the buildings include asbestos containing material (ACM). Contractor will coordinate all
activities with the Owner and the Owners Air Monitoring consultant as necessary.
