Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Navarro), Legacy Management Support Contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Legacy Management (LM) is requesting an Expression of Interest /Sources Sought from companies interested in preparing abatement design and providing abatement technical support for the abatement of asbestos and lead-based painted surfaces at the Piqua, Ohio Site. This notice shall serve only as a method of establishing technical capabilities and commercial interest. Qualified candidates may be invited to participate in a follow-on Request for Proposal.
