REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR AMRDEC SYSTEMS, SIMULATION, SOFTWARE AND INTEGRATION (S3I) DIRECTORATE CONTRACTUAL APPROACH
The purpose of this amendment is to provide a response to a question received from Industry:
Question: What contract vehicle code can properly be used for delivering/building prototype hardware?
S3I Response: The overall Element of Resource (EOR) code and Product Service Code (PSC) code is driven by the preponderance of the work on the contract. An EOR code for delivering/building product will begin with 31. An EOR code for providing supplies and material purchases will begin with 26. An EOR code for providing service will begin with 25. The PSC for delivering/building product starts with a number. The PSC for providing service starts with a letter, with the exception of R&D, which begins with the letter "A".
