AVTEC Maritime Safety Training Facility Design/Build
The Contractor shall provide the necessary design and construction services for construction of an approximately 5,000 sf training center for the AVTEC Maritime Training Program. The site is located off Nash Road at 3504 Jellison Avenue, Seward Alaska.
The substantial completion date is October 15, 2009.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000.
