AUTOMOTIVE & HEAVY EQUIPMENT PARTS/SUPPLIES
This document is intended to establish an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity purchase agreement contract to provide
County (County) with such quantities of Automotive & Heavy Equipment Parts & Supplies (Aftermarket) as the
County may order from time to time by issue of purchase orders pursuant to a resulting executed and effective
agreement. It is the intent of County to contract with a primary and a secondary vendor for these items.
Primary award will be to the lowest bidder meeting all specifications, terms and conditions of this IFB.
