AUTOMATED DEFASTENING MACHINE
Procurement of Automated Defastening Machine in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 13-40-1017 dated 9 April 2013. The contractor shall provide Automated Defastening Machine, shipping, rigging, installation, and training. Quantity is 1 each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, full and open competition procedures. FOB at Destination with Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 455 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is 24 May 2013.
