The work generally consists of the following: Landscape and irrigation work for the landscape medians on Atlantic Avenue between Swinton Avenue westward to 12th Avenue. The project limits include a total of eleven (11) landscape medians; work includes the trimming of existing palm and shade trees, shrub removal, soil removal, installation of new planting soil, landscaping, irrigation and landscape maintenance.
Project is funded by "Keep Palm Beach County Beautiful Grant". This will be a fast-tracked project.
A one (1) year irrigation and landscape maintenance period will be included in the price. One contract will be awarded for all work outlined above and described in the plans and specifications.
