ATIS Analysis, Customer Implementation, Functional Reviews and Help Desk Support
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Eustis, VA anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to provide analysis, customer implementation, functional reviews, and Tier 2 support for the Army Training Information Architecture system. This contract will provide continuity of services with functional requirements analysis, product design specifications for applications,
application design reviews and validation of acceptance criteria, user assistance, user training as required, and Tier 2 help desk support for all ATIS system applications and services. This support shall include; development and maintenance of architectural documentation consistent with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF); applications design, and functional review documentation; information assurance documentation maintenance; and functional help desk support. The requirement will be procured as a competitive HUBZone set-aside. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract is anticipated with a 12-month base period and two (2) one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS Code is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services, with a size standard in millions of dollars of $27.5 million. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issue. All documents including the solicitation, supporting documents including all amendments to the solicitation will be posted on the ASFI website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or about 31 Jul 2014.
