This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This procurement is being set aside 100% for Native American Owned businesses in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations/Notice of Indian small business Economic Enterprise set aside 1452.280-1 (DIAR Clause)
IMPORTANT: Vendors are required to qualify under the NAICS code 339920 and have said code notated in their SAM profile in order to participate in this solicitation.
The Solicitation No. is 140A1619Q0246 and is a Request for Quotations. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, January 13, 2017.
Haskell Indian Nations University, Athletic Department has a requirement for:
1. Equipment meets or exceeds the requirement for the Intercollegiate Athletic Sports Program for Haskell Indian Nations University.
2. NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS ALL OR NONE.
INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS: Please review the requirements carefully and submit quotes with specifications that meet or exceed the originals.
All quotes are due July 26, 2019, by 2:00pm Central Standard time and should include the following;
1. The offeror shall submit (1) proposal with a limit of 5 pages
2. Price Schedule and signed SF-1449
3. DIAR 1452.280-4, certifying that you met the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise.
AWARD: Contractors are obligated to quote on all lines. Quote should include specifications for each item to determine that they meet what is specified. Offeror whose quotation, in conforming to this RFQ, provides an overall best value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
All contractors submitting quotes must be registered in SAM at, www.sam.gov, in order to receive contracts and purchase orders from the Federal Government pursuant to FAR Clause 52.204-7. To register or learn more about SAM, go to: http://www.sam.gov.
