Phase II Sample Tasks due: Thursday, 05/16/2019 (1:00 p.m. ET)
Phase II Presentations begin: Monday, 06/03/2019
Anticipated award date: Thursday, 07/15/2019


Solicitation 697DCK-19-R-00032

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is soliciting competitive proposals to provide Air Traffic Control (ATC) Facilities and Engineering Services b Architect & Engineering Services (A/E) Design Services Contract. The design services are detailed in the attached Screening Information Request (SIR) 697DCK-19-R-00032, to include all attachments.

The FAA anticipates an award of an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year base period and at the FAAbs discretion, two 2-year option periods.

Offers, submitted in response to this Screening Information Request (SIR) will be evaluated in two phases with the most highly competitive proposals advancing to Phase II. This approach and other Offeror submission requirements are provided in Section L.

All questions/inquiries must be provided via email to the Contracting Officer, Mary Higgins at mary.higgins@faa.gov no later than 01/10/2019, 1:00 p.m. (ET).

The FAA will not be liable for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this solicitation. Therefore, any cost associated with responding to this announcement is solely at the Offerorbs expense.
