ASU SPEED Reroofing Hayden Library
ASU seeks qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk services as are necessary for re-roofing
the Hayden Library on the Tempe Campus. Work includes the demolition of existing roofing completely,
coordination of Abatement Services (Provided by Owner), Removal, Restoration or Replacement of all roof
mounted mechanical system components, Replacement of all roof related sheet metal including flashing,
counter-flashing, parapet cap coping systems, roofing accessories and any additional work that ASU deems
appropriate. The square footage of this building is 61,000 square feet. When complete the roof must exhibit
adequate performance necessary to accommodate the installation of self ballasting solar collector arrays.
The estimated total project cost of $1,300,000.00. Formal sealed qualifications are due on or before 3:00
PM, MST, (Tuesday), July 7, 2009.
