ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPING A CONTAINER/CARGO TERMINAL AT SEARSPORT, MAINE USA
The Maine Port Authority seeks a qualified consultant to assist it in its efforts to
identify and engage a company to develop a container/cargo terminal at Searsport, Maine USA.
It is anticipated that the developer would hold a long-term lease and would be responsible for all
required permitting, design and construction. The Port Authority requires assistance in
developing a go-to-market strategy and throughout the RFP process from identification of
potential developers through the selection process.
