ASSESSMENT & TAXATION SOFTWARE SOLUTION
The Multnomah County Department of County Management, Division of Assessment and Taxation is seeking Providers from whom it may purchase a computer application system for property assessment and taxation (ATS). The County seeks: Application and database software; implementation/integration services; data conversion; technical and user training; complete documentation; software and hardware configuration and follow-up maintenance. Services supported by the application are intended to assist all taxing districts and property owners in the county. The optimal application solution features integration and communication among all A&T business functions, including GIS and recording, provides functional efficiencies to alleviate and expedite processing workloads, and supports imaging, field and remote access to application data, and other productivity enhancing technologies.
