The award type will be a Definitive Quantity Contract, for a Firm Fixed Price buy with no option for a quantity of 1,868 each. The item is a 2C item, Critical Application Item applies, Higher Level Quality Standard ISO 9001:2008 applies, Export Control applies, and First Destination applies (FDT). A small business sub-contracting plan applies to acquisitions over $650,000. Certified Cost & Price Data applies. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. Ship to location of DDSP New Cumberland, PA. Delivery is requested in 177 Days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
