The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) has a requirement for asphalt repair. The procedures to be used in awarding the contract will be in accordance with FAR Subpart 14.4-Opening of Bids and Award of Contract. The magnitude of this requirement is less than $25,000. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid that will be considered by this agency.
