ARTIFICIAL REEF CONCRETE CULVERT
to cover the necessary activities leading to the deployment of concrete culvert and other complex concrete materials on eleven state artificial reef sites. The winning proposal contractor is responsible for locating and procuring available and appropriate concrete materials of at least 24 inches diameter for deployment, and transporting the materials, by land and sea, to the designated reef site.
