ARRC Tenant Improvement Construction Contracts
The Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) manages a variety of leased commercial
buildings both on ARRC property and off. Projects anticipated through this contract
include primarily interior tenant improvements of these spaces. Work may include the
complete build-out of suites for new tenants or minor modifications to existing suites to
accommodate existing tenants needs. Projects will be primarily in Anchorage including
the newly rehabilitated Historic Freight Shed on First Avenue and the Historic
Anchorage Railroad Depots leased office space on the upper levels of this building.
