This electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish one or more contracts with one or more qualified Offerors who will provide Subsidized Employment services including: Job Development, Job Placement, and Retention/Monitoring for targeted Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) applicants/recipients and Non-Custodial parents (NCP) whose children are either TANF recipients or TANF eligible and participating in OCSS Fatherhood Program
