ARRA Overlay and ADA Curb Ramp Improvement Project

The base bid includes milling out and paving the following street segments: Oakdale Road between Briggsmore and Scenic; Orangeburg between McHenry and Sunrise; I Street from 14th Street to Downey, Scenic between Sonoma and Lakewood; and Virginia between Morris and Roseburg. The project also includes the construction of ADA curb ramps at various locations.
The Engineer's Estimate for this base bid is $1,989,850. Engineer's Estimate for the base bid plus all bid alternates is $3,742,247.
