ARNG PRIDE System Support Services
PRIDE Administrative Support Services: non-personal technology assistance services in the maintenance and support of the Planning Resource Infrastructure Decision and Evaluation (PRIDE) System, based on the TRIRIGA 9 Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software. The service will include evaluations of potential changes to the PRIDE System, documentation of functional needs and technical design assistance, since the PRIDE System requires periodic updates and documentation regarding use, Army National Guard (ARNG) business practices configuration, and interfaces for data transfer. Offerors must have extensive and verifiable directly-related experience in PRIDE System operations.
