ARMY Sports Water Bottles
MICC - Fort Knox intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) for Army Sports Water Bottles, (PPI) 107 for a requirement type contract for a base period with two one-year option periods for US Army Marketing and Research Group, Fort Knox, Kentucky. DO NOT SUBMIT QUOTES AT THIS TIME - THIS IS ONLY PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE TO ADVISE OF THE GOVERNMENTS INTENT. The Army Sports Water Bottles shall be PBA free. Water bottle shall be 22 ounce capacity, plastic biker sports bottle yellow in color, with black flip top lid, with ARMY logo on both sides of the bottle (see attached "specifications" for ARMY LOGO and requested text). NOTE: Company/vendor names may not be screen printed on bottle or compete in any way with the Army logo. If company name does appear on bottle, the size and location will be viewed and considered. This acquisition shall be 100 percent set aside for small businesses. NAICS is 326160. Size standard is 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. The solicitation (SF 1449) will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation may be downloaded from this website. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active. The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Solicitation will be issued on or about 23 November 2015 with quotes due on or about 16 December 2015, 2:00 p.m. Fort Knox, KY, (Eastern Standard Time). Please note these dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to ASFI. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. Solicitation must be downloaded at the above listed website. All quotes shall be mailed to MICC-Fort Knox, ATTN: Karen Keys, Bldg 1109B, Ste 373, 199 6th Ave, Fort Knox, KY 40121-5720; late quotes will NOT be accepted. All offers shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt (see Block 8 on the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment). Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible offer.
