ARMORY EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS & SITE IMPROVEMENTS
exterior renovation of the armory, which includes but is not limited to, restoration of brick masonry, repair of foundation cracks, restoration of front and side steps, front door replacement and double hung window replacement. The second area addressed under this project is the site work and drainage improvements which includes, but is not limited to, site regrading, installation of yard drains, structures and piping, new connection to domestic storm water system with new catch basins, sidewalks, curbing, new pavement and incidentals to complete the project.
