ARC-210- Antennas and Logic Converters
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Air Combat Electronics Program Office (PMA-209), intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) Delivery Order (DO) under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-11-G-0018 with Rockwell Collins Government Systems (RCGS). This order will procure ancillaries from the ARC-210 catalog: 9" tunable antennas and logic converter in support of PMA-276 (H1).
This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Unless otherwise stated herein, no formal request for proposal or additional written information is currently available. A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis is published for information purposes only. But all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by NAVAIR.
As Rockwell Collins is the sole developer of the ARC-210 Family of products and related ancillary equipment and maintains the proprietary rights to this radio, it is the only source capable of providing the required efforts.
