ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES for a MULTI-USE COMMUNITY RECREATION COMPLEX
The Town is soliciting Proposals for professional design services from qualified Architectural firms for the design of a new Community Recreation Complex, to include a multi-use indoor community centre, an outdoor amenity area, including active and passive parkland.
The recommended location for this community centre is adjacent to an existing large parcel of land that currently comprises:
? two lit ball diamonds;
? three unlit ball diamonds;
? two senior soccer pitches;
? one junior soccer pitch;
? three mini soccer pitches;
? a concession stand; and
? public washrooms
