SCOPE OF WORK:
The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida invites qualified professional Architects licensed in the State
of Florida, to provide Architectural Design Services for miscellaneous renovations including cafeteria,
classrooms, media room, TV production room, and administrative areas.
The Design shall incorporate all of the requirements set forth in the Board approved Educational
Specifications, Florida Building Code, Florida Accessibility Codes, District Master Specifications, Design
Criteria and all other applicable specifications.
