ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO THE LOUDOUN COUNTY BLUEMONT AND LUCKETTS COMMUNITY CENTERS
The intent of this Request for Proposal is to select a qualified Architecture and Engineering firm with experience in the design and renovation of Community Center buildings to provide architectural and engineering services for the design and construction of the renovations and additions to two (2) community centers in Loudoun County, Virginia. The successful offeror will demonstrate excellent management skills and technical expertise in Historic Renovations in order to:
Utilize existing executive reports detailing building deficiencies
Produce detailed and fully coordinated architectural and engineering designs, construction drawings and specifications
Present schematic designs to Community support groups
Provide construction administration.
