AThe purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals, from qualified firms, for architectural and engineering services for the design of renovations to the Elementary School. The School.
Services shall include programming, design, bidding and construction contract administration.
The work includes the renovation of the existing 50,688 SF school built in 1961. This will involve the following disciplines: architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical related disciplines.
