ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Housing Authority plans to contract for architectural/engineering services
for the redevelopment and/or modernization of owned properties in conjunction with
funding opportunities through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
and other federal, state or local agencies pursuant to the Housing and Economic Reform Act
(HERA), American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), and any and all other
opportunities with accelerated obligation and expenditure dates. Contracts with Architectural and
Engineering firms will be contingent upon funding.
