ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE WESTERN LOUDOUN SHERIFF'S STATION
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified Architecture and Engineering firm with extensive experience in the design of public safety facilities and, more specifically, law enforcement facilities, and to provide architectural and engineering services for the construction of the new Western Sheriff's Station for Loudoun County. The station is to be located in Round Hill, Virginia on a site to be determined. The successful offeror will demonstrate proven management skills and technical competence including specialized experience in the design of public law enforcement facilities in order to:
Produce detailed engineering designs, construction drawings and specifications;
Obtain the necessary site plan approvals, and permit approvals; and
Provide construction administration and building commissioning services.
