Through this Notice, the City intends to solicit and contract for the services of one or more architectural and design review service providers. Consulting services will be needed in areas within the airport terminal buildings and other airport-owned areas, for both PHL and PNE. Assignments or tasks will be made on an on-call or as-needed basis.
