ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, INTERIOR DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, INTERIOR
DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES AS
REQUESTED ON A CALL-IN BASIS DURING 2010 THROUGH 2012.
The services of the Consultant shall generally consist of performing expert professional
architectural, engineering and interior design services as required for the design, preparation
of contract documents, and post award services of the Authoritys offices at various locations.
The size of a typical commercial interior office renovation and/or improvement project may
range from 3,000 sf to 100,000 sf.
The Consultant shall be responsible for all aspects of the design, unless otherwise noted.
