It is the intent of these specifications to provide a Hot Climate Sealant that will conform to the specifications, and be suitable for continuous use by COUNTY. The Hot Climate Sealant offered shall be new, unused, the current production model and conform to the specifications provided below. The Hot Climate Sealant shall comply with all Federal and State of Nevada Emission Control Regulations, and Safety Standards in effect at the time of delivery to COUNTY.
