ARC Flash Uniform Lease & Service
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4497_ARCFLASH and this solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Offeror must quote on an all or none basis. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor that meets the minimum technical requirement at the lowest price. Since award will be made without discussions, it is highly encouraged to quote your most advantageous pricing in your initial response. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and Defense Acquisition Circular 20161222. This is a full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 812332, size standard $38.5M.
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary in order to provide the MMHS Flight within the 436 Aerial Port Squadron a lease of (10) fire retardant protective clothing outfit. Customer requirements include:
- Garments will need to be swapped out weekly and delivered, during the hours of 0800 - 1600, M-F.
- If damaged, garments will be replaced at no charge within 7 days of notification
- If there is a change in size, garments will be replaced free of charge within 7 days of notification
- Fresh garments will be delivered weekly to 436 Aerial Port Squadron, 550 Atlantic Street, Dover AFB, DE 19902.
