On June 7, the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) released Request for Proposals (RFP) #2013-23 to solicit proposals for a comprehensive media, advertising and public outreach campaign to promote awareness of and compliance with the 2013-14 wintertime Check Before You Burn Program.
