APPRAISAL SERVICES
The Housing Authority of DeKalb County is seeking bid proposals from appraisal firms to provide
appraisal services of single-dwelling homes and/or multi-family homes located in DeKalb County.
Beginning Wednesday, 4/3/09, interested firms or individuals may download an electronic copy of
this RFP from the HADC website at http://dekalbhousing.org/rfps.html or pick up a bid proposal package at the central office of the HADC located at 750 Commerce Drive, Suite 201, Decatur, GA
30030.
Firms or individuals are required to send confirmation of receipt of the downloaded of bid proposal package to [email protected] and it is the responsibility of the individual and/or firm to
periodically visit the website to retrieve any Addenda that may have been issued during this
solicitation
