APPRAISAL OF FOUR (4) OFFSHORE-SUPPLY VESSELS (OSVs)
MSC requests information about the cost and availability to providing valuation/appraisal services to prepare and deliver a written Fair Market Value Determination of the HOS WESTWIND, HOS BLACK POWDER, HOS EAGLEVIEW, and HOS ARROWHEAD currently performing under MSC time charter contract N00033-08-C-2007. These vessels currently operate in support of the Transit Protection System Escort Program, functioning as "blocking vessels" (BVs), providing armed escort and security services for U.S. Navy and United Kingdom Nuclear Ballistic Missile Submarines (SSBNs) transiting in and out of ports on the east and west coasts of the US.
