APAT Calibration
This project will evaluate the performance of the justice sector actors in two States using the Observation during Hearing APAT, and the three complementary Tools (the alternative dispute resolution simulation tool (Mediation and Conciliation Session (MASC) APAT), the survey for victims advised by legal advisers (Victim’s Legal Adviser APAT), and interview guides (Interview APAT). The purpose of these initial evaluations is to see if the tools work as intended, whether they are applicable, and if so, determine what kind of results are obtained.
