The Administrative Office of the United States (AOUSC), Procurement Management Division (PMD), on behalf of the Administrative Services Division (ADM), is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to procure one (1) vehicle. THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING SOLICITED UNRESTRICTED.  The period of performance will be from Date of Award through 12 months, with a 60-day delivery window (anticipated delivery date by September 30, 2019; resulting in a base performance period of September 30, 2019 through September 29, 2020). 

Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted no later than (NLT) 2:00 PM ET on Friday, July 19, 2019 to Anethra Facione via E: Anethra_Facione@ao.uscourts.gov. Vendors must include AOUSC D-Vehicle Solicitation Questions in the subject line. The Judiciary’s answers to questions shall be provided via an amendment with an attachment for review no later than (NLT) 2 business days from the close date of questions submissions date.

Quotation submission packages must be received by the solicitation close date and time: NLT Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 2:00 PM ET. The Offeror shall submit its quotation submission package (Volume I, II, III), including any attachments, via email by the aforementioned solicitation close date and time. Mailed quotation submission packages will not be permitted as responsive to this solicitation. There is a page limitation associated with this RFQ in which responses in excess of this limitation shall result in automatic dismissal and no evaluations of the response submission package will be considered.

Vendors must include AOUSC D-Vehicle RFQ #USCA19Q0085 Response Quote in the subject line when submitting any response submission package for consideration.

 

NOTE: Communication with other officials (Vendors) may compromise the integrity and competitiveness of this acquisition, which could result in the cancellation of the solicitation and/or exclusion of your quotation.
