ANNUAL REPORT SERVICES
The following describes the services to be carried out and products to be delivered by
the Proponent:
Provide professional and creative design, layout and printing of a full colour, 30-
50 page annual report;
Provide project coordination, including: design, production, printing and delivery
of final product to the CNSOPB;
Develop 3-4 design concepts;
Provide editing services for text which is supplied by the CNSOPB;
Coordinate French translation, and French proof reading; and
Supply new photography and graphic design as needed.
Please be advised that the Board has the discretion to potentially renew the contract on
an annual basis for up to five years as well as to expand the contract to include other
communications requirements.
