ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES
Provide all supplies and delivery, as arequested, per the items listed on Bid
Form.
1. Commodity items such as copper wire and MC Cable will be purchased at Market Value
when needed. These items will not be included in this bid. Purchasing of these items will be
charged against this contract at the time of purchase with applicable disciounts.
2. Bidder will be required, at no additional charge, from time to time to be on LVCVA property to
provide consultation in specfying, and purchasing supplies pertaining to problem installations
or obsolete equipment.
3. Bidder must be certified dealer for the following distributors. Proof of certification may be
requested by Authority.

e. 3-M Distributer
f. Kirlin Lighting
