ANALYZER
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, sole source requirement to procure Stan-Hope Seta LTD; Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, to be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. In addition, is the only acceptable manufacturer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes are 339113 (Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing), and the procurement will be sourced together. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-price, technically acceptable.
The contract line items are as follows:
CLIN 0001: ANALYZER, P/N SA5200-0 U, QTY 1 EA
CLIN 0002: STARTER KIT, P/N SA5201-0, QTY 1 KT
The solicitation number will be SPMYM1-19-Q-0069. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or around 16 June 2019 and close on 24 June 2019 and responses may be faxed to the attention of Elizabeth Burno-Spicely at fax number 757-396-8119 or emailed to her at elizabeth.burno-spicely@dla.mil. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available by downloading the documents at either www.neco.navy.mil or www.fedbizopps.gov, as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
