The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict Government to a particular acquisition approach. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. If no additional responses are received, a contract will be placed without further notice with Seiler Instrument and Manufacturing Company, Inc.
