The solicitation will be issued sole source to Nurad Technologies Inc., Cage Code 25233, 3310 Carlins Park Drive, Baltimore, MD 21216 (place of performance). Nurad Technologies is the only known qualified/approved source with the data and technical capability to repair these components. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other Supplies or Servies will satisfy agency requirements.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
The solicitation will be available on or about June 19, 2014 at FedBizOpps located at http://www.fbo.gov.
