****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO ROBERT FLANAGAN, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, CCAM-ALB, VIA email: robert.b.flanagan.civ@mail.mil.  No telephone requests will be accepted. The reason for the amendment is to extend the closing date from 01 Nov 2016 to 02 Jan 2017 for solicitation number to W31P4Q-16-R-0036. The closing date change is due to updates to Government documentations. This effort covers services and resources required to plan, analyze, establish, operate and sustain wholesale forward supply activities located at Ft. Bliss, TX and Ft. Sill, OK. The scope of the operation will consist of the full spectrum of material management tasks associated with the management, operation and oversight of these forward wholesale depot activities. The proposed solicitation listed herein is a set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Offers from concerns other than those meeting the SDVOSB criteria are not solicited. This contract will cover a basic requirement for one-year for CONUS operations plus a deployment option, and maintenance options for FT. Bliss, TX; Ft. Sill, OK; and Letterkenny Army Depot(LEAD). In addition, three one-year options for CONUS operations, deployment, and maintenance options for Ft. Bliss, TX; Ft. Sill, OK; and LEAD are included. This solicitation is subject to the AMCOM Spares Best Value contracting process. See Sections B, F, H, L and M of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
