ALS-CPS NETWORK SWITCHES
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate and award a sole-source delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-12-G-0048 with C3I, Inc. of Hampton, NJ for the production of Aviation Lighting System Control Panel Set (ALS-CPS) Short Takeoff (STO) Lights for Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) (including six (6) each ALS-CPS Control Panels, three (3) each Network Switches, three (3) each Modular Protocol Converter, and three (3) each Flex Drivers.
The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not possess rights to the data to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
