ALE-55 BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT
The purpose of this sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Inc. of Nashua, NH is for the issuance of fixed-price and cost-reimbursement orders for the Integrated Defensive Electronic Countermeasures (IDECM) Program for U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. These orders will be in support of IDECM, ALE-55 Fiber Optic Towed Decoy (FOTD), and Electronic Frequency Converter (EFC) efforts. The requirements placed under this BOA may include a wide scope of tasks to support FMS, logistics and engineering efforts for the ALE-55 and EFC. The logistics efforts include, but are not limited to: (1) procurement of WRAs, SRAs, materials and piece parts; (2) maintenance of required technical data; (3) repairs and refurbishment of WRAs and SRAs; and (4) support of test and Fleet aircraft installs. The engineering support efforts include, but are not limited to: (1) fault analysis and corrective actions; (2) performance of studies as required; (3) software/hardware development efforts; (4) field (test and fleet) support (5) towline/decoy development ; and (6) integration support.
