AKRR USFS Entry Door Lockout
COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 36 and 13.
The U.S. General Service Administration (GSA) requires installation and programming of a single duress button circuit for U.S. Forest Service (USFS) leased space in the Alaska Railroad (AKRR) Historic Freight Shed (USFS leased space), in Anchorage, Alaska.
The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsive and responsible offeror. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposal meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors; Price Proposal and Technical Proposal required.
IAW FAR 52.219-6, this RFP is set aside 100% for small business concerns.
IAW FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
Pre-proposal conference and site visit is schedule to occur on Friday May 3, 2019, see page 4 of the document entitled "47PL0119R0031 Solicitation" for details.
FAR 52.204-7 An Offeror is required to be registered in SAM.gov when submitting an offer, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee is not applicable to this solicitation.
FAR 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections is applicable to this solicitation, if the offer exceeds $35,000.00 but does not exceed $150,000.00.
US Department of Labor Construction Wage Determination is applicable and is attached to this solicitation.
Liquidated Damages are not applicable to the contract resulting from this solicitation.
