The approved manufacturers of this item are The Boeing Company, Cage 8V613, P/N 7-311A21304; Teksun, Inc., Cage 88831, P/N T304 and, TSI Plastics, Inc., Cage 65445, P/N 7-311A21304, used on the Apache Helicopter AH-64E and Apache Helicopter AH-64D Longbow. The FOB point is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Procurement.
The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. The estimated annual demand quantity is 848 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 212 each for the base period only. The maximum contract quantity for the life of the contract is 6360 each for the base and option periods combined.
The required production lead-time is 60 days after receipt of order (ARO). Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months.
Requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Procurement. Item is NOT of critical application. Item is NOT a Critical Safety Item. Export Control does NOT apply. Surge and Sustainment is NOT required. Configuration Control APPLIES. Reverse Auction APPLIES and this is a SOURCE CONTROLLED ITEM.
The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
