AIR 4.11 FIre Scout Technical Refresh Activity Consoles
NAWCAD 4.11.3.3 is tasked by PMA-266 to install Fire Scout Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Ground Control Stations (GCSs) on numerous platforms. This requirement includes procuring numerous TFA Consoles, Part No. CON-CA-1611. These TFA Consoles provide the base frame portion of the completed GCS, as well as linking in accompanying video display units. This procurement will be a two (2) year extension to a sole source contract to the Original Equipment Manufacturer, 901D, LLC.
The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
