AIDS DRUG ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (ADAP) PRESCRIPTION FULFILLMENT BENEFIT & INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
Proposals are being solicited for the following services: To provide
statewide AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) Prescription Fulfillment
Benefits & Information Management services for the Ryan White Part
B/ADAP program in the state of Delaware. These services include
Enrollment & Eligibility Administration, Coordination of Benefits and Payer
of Last Resort Program Management, Managing Pharmacy Networks for
Public Health Programs, Claims Processing, ADAP Formulary
Management, ADAP Program Member Technical Support, and Reporting
and Data Management. Submit electronic reports for Ryan White Part
B/ADAP grant requirements that are compatible with HRSA Careware
software system and submitted prior to reporting requirement due date.
The contract that will result from this RFP process is funded by the Ryan
White HIV/AIDS Treatment Modernization Act of 2006. Ryan White funds
are the payers of last resort- and can only be used for HIV-infected clients
for whom all other payment options have been exhausted.
